Looking for a fun way to kick off White Linen Night 2025 in The Heights - or skip the chaos and celebrate early? Join Hard to Make Friends as an Adult for our White Linen Dash 5K, a casual morning walk/run happening right on Heights Blvd! This WLN-inspired 5K is the perfect way to start your Saturday, meet new people, and soak up the spirit of White Linen Night in Houston. Whether you’re training for a marathon or just out for a stroll, all paces and social vibes are welcome.

Where To Meet:

Saturday, August 2nd

Meeting at 139 E 20th Street

8:30am-10:00am

Run begins promptly at 8:45am!

We will be meeting at this spot in front of Hamilton Middle School at the intersection of W 20th Street and Heights BLVD (Just down from Bluestone Lane Heights Cafe)

Running + Walking Information:

All running & walking levels welcome! You are welcome to run/walk at your own pace and complete the full 5k (~3 miles) or go shorter/longer in distance. Run begins promptly at 8:45am

What To Bring:

Hydration! Please bring water with you! We also recommend bringing comfortable running shoes, bug spray, sunscreen, sunglasses, and anything else based on your own physical needs. Headphones are welcome if you wish to listen to our playlist or your own! Feel free to dress on theme in white!

What To Wear:

Dress for the weather and your running/walking abilities! Wear comfortable shoes! Feel free to dress on theme in white!

Parking Situation:

Street parking available in the area (Recommend Yale Street or Harvard Street)

Event is 21+ and all attendees are encouraged to follow their own physical needs/requirements for running or walking. We are NOT associated with White Linen Night or The Heights - we are simply "Meeting up" to run as a friend group! All attendees agree to our rules/terms and may be removed from the event for any reason. All attendees agree/consent to photography and videography by our club for promotional + marketing + sharing reasons. Please let us know if you wish to not be photographed.
