Social Anxiety?!

We get it. It's weird to meet strangers off the internet - & our parents definitely told us not to! We recommend grabbing a drink (alcoholic or non!) to have something to hold/sip for the inevitable awkward silences. Planning ahead, dressing in something that makes you feel confident, & thinking of some of your interests/potential conversations before arriving are some tips to ensure you have a fun night. Not to self-promote but our podcast is also pretty helpful to learn some friending basics!

Let's stay connected! Join our Facebook group for more events & connecting! Follow your host Macey on Instagram/TikTok @meetwithmacey and check out our website + podcast "Hard To Make Friends As An Adult" on Spotify & all major streaming platforms!
